Terms and conditions for booking and payment of camping pitches/motorhome pitches at Norrfjärden Harbour Association

Welcome to Norrfjärden, your destination for relaxation by the fishing village, featuring beautiful surroundings and easy access to coffee and treats at Café Skäret—housed in an old, converted ice storage building.

To ensure a smooth booking and stay, please read the following terms and conditions:

The Parties

This agreement applies between the person booking or paying for a campsite in Norrfjärden. In the text, the person placing the booking or making the payment is referred to as the "Customer," and the non-profit association Norrfjärdens Hamnförening (Org. No. 887501-5938) is referred to as "We" or "the Supplier."

Booking and payment

Bookings and payments are made on our website, camping.norrfjardenshamnforening.se. All prices are displayed in SEK, including VAT. The customer must be at least 18 years old and use VISA, Mastercard, BankID, or Swish for payment.

Times

Check-in from 12:00. Check-out by 12:00. The price includes the campsite and electricity. Showers and toilets are located next to Café Skäret.

Payment confirmation

Please check your booking confirmation for accuracy. In the event of an error, contact us at info@norrfjardenshamnforening.sewithin 7 days of receipt. We will respond within 3 business days. Payment is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation:

Cancellations can be made online via the link in the booking confirmation. 97% of the amount is refunded if cancelled more than 12 hours before the booking starts.
No refund is given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

Responsibility and order

Please observe the rules of conduct for Norrfjärden Harbour Association. Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for any damage they may cause. Please be considerate and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The campsite is largely unattended, but staff are present when Café Skäret is open.

Environment and other matters

Recycling and waste management are important. Please use the bins at the campsite entrance. Drinking water must not be used for washing vehicles.

Breach of contract

Agreements may be terminated if the terms are not followed or in the event of disruptive behavior or vandalism.

Force majeure

In the event of extreme occurrences such as war or natural disasters, agreements may be terminated and payments refunded.
