Terms and conditions for booking and payment for a campsite/motorhome in Norrfjärdens Hamnförening

Welcome to Norrfjärden, your destination for relaxation at Fiskeläget with beautiful surroundings and proximity to coffee in the old converted ice warehouse Café Skäret.

To facilitate a smooth booking and stay, please read the following terms and conditions:

The Parties

This agreement applies between the person who books or pays for a campsite in Norrfjärden. In the text, the customer/payer is referred to as "Customer" and the non-profit association Norrfjärdens Hamnförening (Org.nr: 887501-5938) as "We" or "The Supplier".

Booking and payment

Booking and payment are made on our website camping.norrfjardenshamnforening.se. All prices are shown in SEK including VAT. The customer must be at least 18 years old and use VISA, Mastercard, Bank ID or Swish for payment.

Times

Check-in from 12:00. Check-out no later than 12:00. The price includes camping and electricity. Showers and toilets are located next to Café Skäret.

Payment confirmation

Check your booking confirmation for correct information. In case of errors, contact us at info@norrfjardenshamnforening.se within 7 days of receipt. We will respond within 3 working days. Payment is made upon booking.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made online via our website. Cancellations less than 12 hours before the start of the booking are non-refundable.

Responsibility and order

Follow the rules of order for Norrfjärdens Hamnförening. The customer is responsible for their belongings and any damage they may cause. Show consideration and keep quiet between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The campsite is largely unmanned, but staff are on site when Café Skäret is open.

Environment and other

Recycling and waste management are important. Use the barrels at the entrance to the campsite. Drinking water may not be used for vehicle washing.

Breach of contract

Agreements can be terminated if the terms and conditions are not followed or if disruptive behavior/damage occurs.

Force majeure

In the event of extreme events such as war or natural disasters, agreements can be terminated and payments refunded.
